This coffee shop is so cute! As someone new to coffee, I wanted to broaden my taste by going to different shops and I loved the drink I got here! (I got the Chocolate Frosty, it had a super rich flavor and wasn't too bitter for me!) The atmosphere was amazing and I loved the outside view to the street to see all the happenings around the shop. I'd love to come again!

I got the Lisa B. And an ube cookie. Both were really good! I didn’t know they had an Ube cold brew until the barista told me but the Lisa B was really good and refreshing. Cool atmosphere near Balboa Park. They even have cocktails which is really unique and cool!

Cool spot that's loved by the community. Great spot to hang out and people watch. Coffee was great, had a basic drip coffee and it hit the spot! Sat at the bar w/ open windows looking out. There was also someone cooking Filipino food outside plus a few vendors, so there was lots to do or view. Loved the Halloween decorations in the hall. Fun place!

Great coffee and assortment of pastries. The atmosphere chill/quiet enough to work from in the morning and the staff was super kind. I’ll likely be back in the evening since it looks like they sell cocktails. More of a personal preference/good to know, they do sell cigars so the smell is pretty strong if someone is smoking. Good thing is ppl do sit outside and there’s a side room where you can mostly avoid the smell.

Not particularly one of my favorite places I have tried, but I believe my error was the drink I ordered. It wasn't intrinsically bad, but it definitely wasn't my taste. I ordered the Oobae, which was cold brew with ube cold foam and it was kind of watery, but this is because the drink didn't have enough ice and so the ice melted almost immediately upon receiving the drink. I did like the overall flavoring of the drink and enjoyed that it wasn't overly sweet. But it did look like I sucked on a purple marker as it heavily stained my mouth purple. I think atmosphere of the place is nice, with an open concept and plentiful seats, it was nice to read a book here. Although they do offer cigars, so if you dislike smoke then you may not enjoy the atmosphere as much. I hope I can retry this place and give this place a more positive review.

One of my favorite coffee spots, and has been for years. I drink most of my coffee later in the day, so this place being open later means I can always grab a coffee. This business does coffee, beer, wine, cigars, and plants, which is a fun combination. The outside patio is open for cigar smoking, which has never bugged me while I've been inside. If you're sensitive, it may be an issue if you're by the window. The staff is knowledgeable and very cool. You definitely get a sense of community when you see how they interact with their patrons. I recommend following them on socials to stay aware of the events they have here. Their open mic nights get packed and are a lot of fun.

Only place I found with beans < $10 per pound. Brasilian robusta but still... Also free drink with the beans? Get out. Connected to cigar shop, outside seating, street parking, nice barista.
